  1. Hmm... I was neer a fan of the Necrons because of the silly green rods and stuff. Sorry but they always seemed a bit 'kiddy' to me. So first of all GW get a thumbs up from me for removing the damn things from most of the range. However, like you I still don't really like the look of the Necrons. Its all gone a bit too Egptians in space for me and has ended up as a bad mash up of Star Gate SG-1 and Terminator. I think the only thing that would ever get me back into the game now is if the Eldar codex came out OR when they release 6th edition. I tell you what though, if 6th sucks donkey balls they'll be in some serious trouble.

  2. I looooove the look of the Necrons.

    I hear the grumble that they aren't "alien" enough, but they are supposed to be living beings turned into machines. So their ornaments make sense. Besides that, is personal taste. I don't like most Infinity models except ALEPH ones, for example.

    Of course, the big deal is how they play. Can't wait for checking out the codex.
