It's been a long time coming but it's finally here. The new Marvel Universe Miniature Game is set for release later this month. Here's a quick look at the first releases.

Avengers
The Avengers are Earth's foremost major organization of costumed superhuman crimefighters, adventurers and heroes dedicated to safeguarding the world from any threat beyond the power of conventional peacekeeping forces or any which any of them can't handle alone.
The starter set contains Captain America, Thor, Iron Man and a new Black Widow sculpt. The set also includes the rulebook. |

X-Men
Hated and feared for powers given to them by an extra gene in their chromosomes, the X-Men were assembled by Charles Xavier, with the dream that one day Mutants and Humans could live together in peace.
The starter set conatins Cyclops, Wolverine, Rogue and Colossus. The set also contains the rulebook. |

Guardians of the Galaxy
When we first saw these we wereimmediately hooked and we have a feeling these guys are going to be very popular.
The Guardians of the Galaxy is a group of heroes who opposed the Phalanx conquest of the Kree system (and many who had opposed Annihilus' incursion into their universe), and banded together in an attempt to prevent any further catastrophes from ever occurring.
The set contains Starlord, Gamora, Rocket and Drax. Also includes the rulebook. |

Deadpool
Wade Wilson was an international assassin when he developed an aggressive cancer. To try and find a cure he enrolled in the Weapon X program in Canada, which gave him a healing ability from another member and set him to work for them. When he killed a team member, he was thrown out of the program and was sent to have his abilities removed, where he was experimented on instead. The results of his stay there were a diminished mental state, a healing factor that could not cure his cancer or heal his scars, an infatuation with death, and his freedom to return to for-hire mercenary work. As "The Merc with a Mouth" he set out as Deadpool to kill and have a good time doing it. |

Black Panther
The Black Panther is the ceremonial title given to the chief of the Panther Tribe of the advanced African nation of Wakanda. In addition to ruling the country, he is also chief of its various tribes (collectively referred to as the Wakandas). The Panther habit is a symbol of office (head of state) and is used even during diplomatic missions. The Panther is a hereditary title, but one still must earn it. |

Nova
When the last surviving member of the planet Xandar's elite Nova Corps, Rhomann Dey, is dying, he selects New York high school student Richard Rider to replace him.Rider is given the uniform and powers of a Nova Centurion and calling himself Nova he becomes a superhero. |

All of these are now available to pre-order from us either in-store or via our website, and they should be released later on this month.
I think it's fair to say we're all a little bit excited about this release and can't wait to see what else Knight will be releasing over the next few months.
